I can't figure out why my body won't deep sleep anymore.?

Question:
I am stressed out about my current job. I put my 2 week notice in the other day. I'm hoping that I will be able to sleep better after I start my new job. Does your sleep ever get back to normal? I think it's just that I am very worried about sleeping now?

Answers:
yeah that probably is the culprit of your lack of deep sleep. too much stress about work. as soon as you get a new job that is less stressful to your mind and body. your body should go back to having peaceful deep sleeps. just don't ever think of work when you get home and before going to bed. just set your mind into having a deep sleep for the night and you'll worry about work the next morning. good luck!
Try taking some form of melatonin to help kick your body back into REM sleep. If you take a natural supplement from a health food store, it shouldn't be addictive & will allow your body to readjust itself.
