Hi there,

Sorry to disappoint you but autism cannot be cured. You can consult a special educator or a psychiatrist. Or if you cannot find any, I suggest you visit a senior general physician or a child specialist. These people will guide you in a better way.

You will have to get your brother enrolled in a special school where they will help him be more self-reliant. If there are no special schools in your neighborhood, you can find out in some of the reputed schools in your city. Some regular schools have sections for special children like your brother.

Also please do not waste time looking for treatments for autism. You would only be wasting precious time.

Best wishes.
There is no "treatment" for autism. the only thing they offer is special school (that are like baby sitting, i worked in an autistic school) they can only give him medication to help curb his behavior, such as ADD medication, OCD medication, anti-psychotics, but doctors have not found a drug that is really helpful.
Drinking indian mulberry fruit juice checks autism.
