Have you ever just felt like everything in your health is going wrong?

Question:
Everyday seems like a challenge lately. Just getting the energy to get out of bed is hard. My dr. diagnosed me with panic and anxiety disorder about a year ago. I never feel good. I get dizzy, sick to my stomach, shakey, legs feel like they are gonna give out, i get sever palpitations in my chest to the point where i feel like i'm gonna pass out...is this all signs of anxiety and panic. I get hot flashes constantly. The palpitations scare me to death because they are happening more frequently. The dr. did an ekg and nothing comes up. Am i CRAZY?

Answers:
no, ur not crazy or a hypochondriac. the first sign that something is physically wrong with you is tiredness. then other symptoms start to appear slowly. because doctors don't really know a whole lot they will prescribe pills and call it a day. i no longer see western medical "doctors". i go to a holistic doctor. changed my life and was able to make me healthy.

i had pan-ulcerative colitis and after MANY hospital stays and alot of steroids and other meds, my doctor said my entire colon had to come out (i'd have to wear a baggie the rest of my life). i had been doing alot of reading and knew there had to be another answer. when i said "no", he kicked me out of the hospital. i went home and did a detox. then i ran across the doctor who practices "naet" and he removed some food allergies i had w/in 25 hours. u can only do one maybe 2 at a time. i used to not be able to eat any dairy and lots of other things. now i can eat anything. i had allergies to B vitamins, zinc, sodium, iodine, etc... after that got fixed. we worked on other things. i came off the steroids too fast and went into adrenal shock, which made my thyroid go wacky. i couldn't get my head off the pillow. that's been worked out. the only thing he hasn't been able to do is make me not crave chocolate, but i don't hold that against him. :)

ur "doctor" is an idiot.

please check out this site. i know it talks mostly about allergies, but read the testimonials. it's hard to explain this technique, but i know it works.

best wishes.
I get the same thing... When you find out what is it email me at mmkeck2006@yahoo.com

If I find out what is it I will email you... I hate it I have been living with it for like 4 years... Have fun trying to get a doc that cares...

I wish you luck and no you are not crazy!
I was having severe stomach pains and my doctor diagnosed it as stress.
Turns out I have food allergies.

I wouldn't listen to that one doctor.
Get different opinions.
Doctors love to diagnose stress because it's simple and explains plenty of things.

It could be something serious.

Good luck.
No you're not crazy. but yes, these are ALL signs of Anxiety, I have the same thing I was diagnosed with Severe Depression and Severe Anxiety when I was 14ish and have had it ever since, the Depression has gotten a bit better but the Anxiety is awful. I know what you're going through I really do. The Palpitations, I never really get those so I don't get that, but I have gotten chest pains before. But the dizzy all the time, upset stomach, shakiness, legs giving out, I get it all. The hot flashes are a pain in the *** alone! But no you're not crazy. also if you go to WebMD.com It's pretty awesome they will answer a lot of your questions.

GOOD LUCK!

Also, please be careful, with being tired and all that, a friend of mine didn't think anything of it, just thought she was tired from working, yea... she almost cracked her skull and had a seizure at work on the floor, three times that day ALL from being tired! I'm sure there is other stuff involved, but they said that is what brought it on. if you're tired, SLEEP, take a nap.

Best of wishes.
Did he give you drugs to control your trip? If he didn't, then he clearly doesn't believe your illness. What if you are taking meds? Maybe you dont have the right combination or dosage for your body.

Don't want to diminish your health issues, but my mother-in-law has been diagnosed with some kind of hole growing in the back of her right eye. She's a busy lady and has to have surgery-that part seems easy (she said) the recovery is horrid-get this, she has to be on some kind of table, with her face poking thru a hole, like a massage table. Anyway, she has to stay like that for 10 days! In the surgery, they put a gas bubble behind her eye and she has to keep it above the hole, that's why she has to be face down. Yikes. Im going to do what I can, read to her, play music or books on tape for her.I cant imagine how she'll go to the bathroom!

I think your sickness is less physical in the nature of it, more in your brain. Its hard to overcome a lot of things, just keep on keeping on.
