Can i use this to help me relax?

its gaba. i heard it taken it helps reduce anxiety. did anyone ever take this before? thank you.

Only if you're sure nothing else will work. Don't use this if something like deep breating, yoga, bathes, or something else will have the same affect.
try deep breathing, it's healthier than just relying on some drug to help you relax.

i'm not really into health personally. valium always does the trick for me.
Lorazepam (Ativan) is good for anxiety and doesn't need to be taken in large doses.
I don't trust snake oil, but if you want to try it, just get one bottle and test it out. It's only $16 + shipping, far less that other vitamin supplaments I know of.

Of course, probably the best way to relax is to do some breathing exercises, do something you enjoy (and is relaxing, not agitating. That is to say, if "enjoy" == playing UT and you're a poor gamer, that's not relaxing, but frustrating), and just take a break (if possible) from what stresses you.
