Well, you mention returning from Greece--it's entirely possible that jet lag is affecting you. Your body may still be partially in another time zone or you may have shifted your sleeping schedule slightly in the disruption.
That said, emotional distress can often cause insomnia--try whatever you think will help you turn off your brain, perhaps a warm bath or a little quiet meditation time.

Greece has a differ time zone than the US. So your currently adjusting to your biological clock. It could also be from stress involving your b/f.
