You poor poor thing, you. I feel very sorry for you. You must be like a weakling or something. Maybe that's not the right wording..did you grow up sheltered in any way? Just take things one day at a time and don't overwhelm yourself by let's say "going in the car with your cheating girlfriend?"
Do you see a psychiatrists? I am not be facetious, I am serious. A pill alone is not the answer.
Relax. I have a friend who is paranoid about everything. Sometimes she is paranoid about the exact same things that my other friends and I have to worry about too, but at the end we all end up with the same solution so her paranoia is for no reason. Just take life one day at a time and you will see that things are not as bad as you think... trust me and just think...what's the worst that could happen? It can't be that bad. Take it as it comes your way and don't overwhelm yourself with unimportant things. Just let things fall into their places and live each day one by one and deal with each situation calmly. Like I said, whats the worst that could happen?
It sounds like you are having some increased anxiety on top of your diagnosed schizophrenia which is causing these symptoms. The additional stimulus of a car ride may be causing this, or perhaps the cause is just the stress of having a chronic illness. In any event, the anxiety is causing a worsening of your schizophrenic symptoms leading to the paranoia and suspicion. See you physician and have your meds adjusted until you get some relief. Good luck
I'm with dcr...it sounds like panic attacks...there are antianxiety pills for that
if you're schizophrenic, maybe you need your meds adjusted
I can understand where you are coming from... I sometimes have anxiety/panic attacks in normal every day situations. When it happens, I try taking deep breaths and try to think clear & positive. You might a try nerve calming herbal remedies like valerian root, camomile tea or st. john's wort. Be sure to check with Dr. before you mix any herbal remedies with other meds. Some anti-depressants may help this too (if you can take them with scihzophrenia).

If you are seeing things chasing you, maybe your meds need to be changed; have you talked to Dr. about it?

Has your girlfriend done anything to give you a reason to believe she is always cheating? If not I would be more concerned about seeing things coming after you; have a talk with Dr. about meds.
