Of course you can do it. This is what you should do. You should eat 5 smaller meals a day spaced 3 hours apart. So have on at 9am 12pm 3pm 6pm and 9pm. No meal should be more than 300cals. Also they should be healthy and good foods. They should consist of a lot of vegetables, lean meats, some fruits, and carbs. You also should do cardio 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes. Try to incorporate strength training 2-3 times a week for at least 20 minutes. Strength training is basically weight lifting and calisthenics to build muscle mass. lift weights, do push ups, sit ups, crunches, lunges, squats, and many other excersises to get a good work out. Do this and you definately lose weight in 4 months.
