More sleep?


Question:
I have a sleeping problem. i can stay up all day and only sleep for three hours. ive tried to force my self to sleep but it doesnt work. is there anyway i can fix this problem myself? and if you have had this before what did you do to get more hours of sleep?

There are alot of things u can do and that cause this. R u still tired when u get up? Cut out all caffeine, be careful u can have withdrawals symptoms. Don't eat(triggers ur body in thinkin it is staring a new day), drink( u'll wake up 2 go 2 the bathroom b4 u get in2 REM sleep), or watch t.v an hour b 4 bed(TV and the colors stimulate your brain to wake up). U should read something lighthearted or funny, take a hot shower bot 90 minutes b4 u would like 2 go 2 sleep. Play soft music, a sound machine or fan(i like the fan and music). U can buy ear plugs at the drug store for sleepin. This works gr8 just blocks out enuff sound 2 relax. Last resort c ur Doctor for a prescription, FYI, Ambein makes me and others have hallucinations, some the doctor failed 2 tell me, I was freaking out. U can try some herbal supplements, like melatonin, and lost more. make sure the room temp is neutral, not hot not cold. Do any chores that u think will bother u if left undone. U can also put lavender on ur pillow. Make sure ur pillow is elevated slightly, and the ur nose isn't clogged. Know the source will help u with a treatment. Wear comfy jammies or if they r restricting sleep in the buff.
Try taking a warm shower to relax you or a bath before you go to bed that might help. Good Luck
Always remeber you sleep better in a cold room with warm blankets. What helps for me is that i count backwords from 100-1 and id tht doesn't work I'll listen to water falls and the rainforest. Cheezy but true
