How do i stop crying?

Question:
This happens often to me, im 14 but whenever something bad happens to me, even when its something small, i immediately cry. I cant help it, the worst part is that i literally cant stop crying. Most people tell me "Its okay to cry" but what about when you have to stop crying? I try so hard to, but i physically cant stop myself from crying, sometimes the more i try to, it just gets worse. My body is literally stuck in crying mode, when the pain is gone, and i feel mentally okay, im still hiccuping with tears. The only thing im able to do now is shove the tissue the person gave me in my mouth, which i literally do, otherwise i cant stop crying. Such as one time the teacher yelled at me so cruelly, although she didnt even understand my circumstances , that i started uncontrollably crying, and i was suppose to have a test later. During the test, i didnt care about my grade, I just didnt want other peoples grade to go down, so I shoved a tissue up my mouth, its the only way to stop my crying

Answers:
when youre crying, find someone to hug. if there's someone you can depend on, just look for him to help and whenever youre in trouble, you will feel so protected because that person is always there for you
go 2 the doctor
I hate crying i do the same thing when my dog got ran over i cried and cried but i found a trick to press my jaws together as hard as i can and it helps for me but just try different things like biting on your tounge or something to stop crying .
Well we all have bad days.

Sometimes crying is all you do.

But you can handle your problems by getting the right training.

You could see a therapist.

You can also read self-help books.

talk to your local phsycologist
You probably have depression, I do that and I'm going to psychiatry for it, you don't have to get it from something big. I'm assuming your an emotional person too... like me. I'm just wondering if you cry for no reason sometimes, I do that all the time and i cant stop it. Do you blame every little thing on yourself? because thats what depression is.
it could be some disorder.
there is a disorder where your emotions are out of wack and nething harsh will make you burst into tears. its not an unusaly disorder. i know you hate to hear this, but jsut go to a doctor. they are really the only ones who cna diagnose you.
Sounds like you have repressed anger causing anxiety responses. Get some help in getting to the bottom of it and ask for some coping strategies from a trained professional.
When you are anticipating a personal attack, train yourself to take some deep breaths and listen to what is being said without taking it personally. ( I know that sounds easy - but growing up involves learning skills). At 14 you have hormonal issues which can make you sensitive to criticism.
Don't worry about what others think of you - be kind to yourself. Talk to your mum and get lots of hugs.
go and see a councilor, goodluck
i jut my jaw out
i find it kinda of impossible to cry while doing that
idk

hopefully it helps
