I just switched from Paxil to Effexor because of weight gain...?

from paxil... Should I expect the same from Effexor? I know it has a weight loss side effect, but you never know.

Hi hun! I just started effexor a little over a month ago. It has helped me with my anxiety and paranoia a lot. I have had no side effects from it. I have lost weight, it does not make me hungry at all, so I hope its true for you, just try and see. I hope you don't get any side effects from it. I heard it can cause shaking and nervousness, but it didn't with me. Hugs! Von
