You sound like you're lost. It happens to the best of us. Life is hard especially in the world we live in today. I don't want to sound like a self-help person but I strongly advocate stress and panic education and treatment! A lot of people suffer from these things and are either ashamed so they don't treat it or they are on a medication, which is just fine, but not a cure all. Anyway that's all I'll say about that and I'm sorry I can't offer more but I hope you feel better.

Mentally try to understand that "NOTHING WRONG WITH ME"
Try to get up early morning and do meditation.
READ ONLY RELIGIOUS BOOKS.
Have a tendency "Today I must help some one with some thing"
Try this for a month.
You will be oK.

You should try a therapist. I see one and she helps me a lot. You can talk about anything that's on your mind, and they can help you with just about anything, plus they are trained, unlike YouQA.com ers that mean well. I really like seeing my therapist, and I know she really cares, she has helped me enormously.
