A big symptom of anxiety disorder is excessive worry. Generalized anxiety disorder, or GAD, is something I have had for years. It can manifest itself into the irrational worry and fear of impending doom. You have this fear for almost no reason at all and it is really hard to control. I would go see a doc because there are such fine lines between mental illnesses and medical disorders. I wish you the best of luck.
I do think you might be slightly depressive. One of the symptoms of depression are these types of thoughts. If left untreated, it can lead to a deeper type of depression / anxiety- panic attacks. Google depression and have a read. See if you feel it may apply to you and your issues. If it does, please seek professional help OK. Depression is a terrible insidious thing that will strive on your being sedentary.
no, I don't think so but check with your dr!
Hopefully this will help
I am currently going through panic attacks/anxiety and well after my attacks I am so afraid that I have everything and anything.
I felt a pain in my leg and started to get scared I had DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) or I have pain in my lower back so I am freaking out that I have failure in my kidneys and kidney stones.
I went to my counciler and he told me that that was a main symptom for panic attacks and anxiety.
Are you constantly telling yourself something is wrong with you? Is that keeping you worried all day? Cause I would just suggest going to go see a counciler or physcologist (spelling sorry). I was told that people spend years and thousands of dollars on doctors visits trying to find something wrong with them.
I would just say try to find a proffesional person to talk to that knows about this sort of stuff.
Good luck my friend
