Self esteam boost needed!?


Question:
I am an ugly, fat, stupid 14 year old girl
I am 5'8 145 <even thought i am a health freak and eat pretty much only fruit and veggies and exercize about 4-6 hours a day>
i have ugly hair that even when i straiten it as soon as i go out side it is a big puffy mess.
i have moles
i have hair on my chin (i wax though but it doesn't last that long) and on the back of my arms (it is extreamly noticeable)
I have alot of scars (from cutting which i stopped and saw a therepist)
i have an ugly face
no guy has ever liked me (except one creepy kid in all of my classes last year)
I have two lear
The only way i look good if i put make up on everyday
how can i make my self look better, or atleast make me think i look better?

not know I'm 14 too BTW ur not fat I'm 5'5 and 155lbs and no ur not ugly..it's normal poofy hair lol same here look its ok this a very confusing age hormones zits mood swings its OK cheer up!!

Dont look in the mirror
stop focusing on all of the negative crap. Focus on the good qualities you have! Help others that have less then you... Remember that nobody is perfect and everybody has faults! Your a teenager and most kids struggle with self esteem issues as they find out their own identity.
do not be so hard on yourself, and do things that help you feel proud and happy with yourself!

The first thing to do is to stop referring to yourself as ugly fat and stupid. For females at 5'8 the target weight is 146, so you may believe you are fatter than you actually are. Exercise is still a great way to stay healthy. The important thing is learn to accept yourself for who you are. People enjoy being around people for are positive and outgoing, no matter what their looks. I would suggest getting involved in some sort of club or activity you would be interested in. For example, Girl Scouts is a great organization for girls up through age 17. You can meet people who come from all different backgrounds, and who are accepting of everyone regardless of appearance. A therapist would also be a great idea to discuss your feelings with, and would have recommendations on how you can feel better about yourself.
You didn't seem to mention acne, so maybe you've got that goin' for you at least! I still get it in my early 20s.

Anyway, if you are are overweight and truly eat as well as you say, you may have a health problem such as a hormone imbalance. You could see a doctor and ask about it, but you must be truthful, persistent, and have supporting parents if you are going to convince your doctor to bother testing you, since being overweight is very common nowadays, and he may not believe you. You should bring a list that samples what you've eaten every day for a week or two and get your parent to verify this as a bit of proof for him.

But, please, do not become a hypochondriac from my last paragraph, nor should you look up diseases on your own. It will only upset you and your doctor. They hate people that diagnose themselves.
I felt the same way when I was 14, but luckily I grew out of it. I am now 17 and very happy. I can't tell you exactly how, but I did. First of all I think your way too hard on yourself, and believe it or not guys care way more about a great personality than a pretty face. ( Or at least as they mature). And if you really are as ugly as you say most people get prettier as they get older. I know lots of people who were really ugly when they were younger, and now are very pretty. The cuts will go away I used to have them too. The hair is no big deal I'm really hairy, and just get it waxed, lots of people think moles are really sexy, and your hair, Im guessing it's curly. I also have curly hair, word of advice STOP TRYING TO STRAIGHTEN IT. I used to do it all the time, and now I just work with it I love my curly hair. Also I think you should be happy with what you have. You could be blind, deaf or paralyzed, and im sure that would be alot worse. So good luck, and if you have any more questions you can message me.
