a good nutrtitious breakfast will help you concentrate better during the day. example: whole grain toast with almond butter and jelly and some fruits.
A good healthy diet will certainly go a long way in helping you sleep and feel better. With proper sleep you should be able to focus better. Never skip a meal especially breakfast.
