Why am I always so tired - I never feel like I have gotten enough sleep?

Answers:
Feeling tired all the time is a sign that a check-up from your doctor might be a good idea. There are many causes. Anemia or a sleep disturbance would do it. Poor diet or lack of exercise are also possible. Getting your blood tested would be the best thing I would recommend. Ask your sleeping partner (if you have one) about how you sleep. Such as: snoring, periods of time when you stop breathing in your sleep, etc...
take a look at your diet. If you're eating a lot of sugar, caffeine, junk, fast food, processed food, soda, etc. that's your problem
Hate to scare you. but one of my best friends had the same problem, and he went to the doctor, and found out he had hiv! so dont mess with ur health get ur butt to the doctor
I don't know that I can answer this question but I am the same way, not only do I feel tired all the time. I do a little bit then I have to lay down to do something else. I think the bottom line is we need to go see a doctor and get a physical.
