Hi there,
Did you know that you actually dream EVERY night. Research shows that the recall of dreams is correlated with the depth of your sleep. People who sleep lightly tend to recall dreams but those who sleep deeply go through a change of brain activity as they start to awaken which makes dreams harder to remember.
Most dreams occur at the end of the sleeping cycle, meaning you begin to dream as you start to wake up. Dreams are often interrupted, and the necessity of getting up fast and keeping up with the schedule of your day occupies peoples minds and prevents them from thinking about their dreams in the morning. If you dont think about your dream for a few mintues as soon as you wake it then becomes forgotten or harder to remember it.

Dreams are messages from our subconscious minds to our conscious minds. They often contain creative inspiration and solutions to our waking life problems.

There are several reasons why we can’t remember our dreams. If we don’t believe in the power of dreams, they won’t be important or valuable enough to us to try to remember them. Also, drugs, medications and alcohol can inhibit our REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, which in turn affects our ability to dream and our ability to recall our nightly dreams. n addition, dreams often reveal our “shadows,” aspects of our personalities that we have never consciously examined or knew we even possessed. These personal revelations can be difficult for us to acknowledge or accept, which is why some of us choose not to remember our dreams and/or try to erase them from our memory.

YOU CAN TRAIN YOUR MIND TO REMEMBER DREAMS AND RECALL THEM.
