Can the administration law judge?


Question:
make a decision earlier on a persons ssi/ssdi claim as in befor the hearing itself as in like a month before a hearing can the ALJ make their decision.

Answers:
yes if looking at your case and he see that you have a good and strong case sometimes the descion could be made without you and in your favor however some times they just like to see your face . i waited 3 yrs and spent 15min in his office go figure
