I am too stressed! How can I de-compress??

Little things every day can help you de-stress.
Every morning, just take 2 minutes right before you go to work. Breath in, and out. Focus on something in your mind, or right infront of you. A candle flame works great. Or a waterfall.
Also, try this when you're feeling extra, extra stressed:
Clench your toes, your feet, your calves, your thighs, abs, wrists, biceps triceps pecs neck and shoulders all at once.. and then let them all relax at the exact same time. You'll be surprised at how much better you feel.
Works for me, anyway.
Also, exersizing at eating right really, really do help with stress.
My dear, tension is what happens when you start thinking too much about anything... If you want to lead a life that's tension free just follow what I'm going to tell you
1. Remember that its YOUR life, the choices in it are yours and yours alone, do not be influenced by others.
2. Never have a 'Gotcha' attitude, i.e don't look at what is going wrong - I mean, try to correct it, but don't get involved in it.
3. Never take anything to your heart (I'm telling this out of personal experience) No matter what, smile... It'll be tough at first, smiling when you feel bad, but soon that little smile will transform you into a vibrant joyous person...
4. Last but not the least (and the toughest to follow) never get angry or argue. Remember the minute you start arguing, you've lost your position. And when you feel angry at someone, just forgive him or her and let them go... Its tough at first, but with pracitce you'll find yourself achieving that inner calm...

I get stress up easily due to my work, family or studies...sometimes, I'd close the door, let myself break down & cry hard, afterwhich I will allow myself to have a good long sleep. Immediately right after the sleep, things will appear better than before. Then I will ask my friend to go catch a comedy, enjoy a nice cup of coffee & cheese cake, talk nonsensical things, & somehow my problems or stress will just cease to almost non-existence...another way is to go for a short trip if situation allows. By doing some exercise also helps in releasing the "happy substance", called the "endorphines" in our bodies. Anyway, whichever method you chose to de-stress, hope it helps you in some way or another! =)
Stop resisting and embrace what is happening. That's your solution.
