Ask yourself... what are your stressing over and why? maybe just taking a step out of yourself and asking if its worth the stress may help..
Plus if you drink a lot of coffee or caffeinated beverages that will raise your stress level and make you less likely to deal with simple problems
walking and exercise is the best way to stop stress.
Listen to music
stay in the present moment,it helps clear your mind,,meditate,and the proper diet has alot to do with your moods, thats your number one energy source, and also a vacation wouldnt hurt or road trip.
