Wow, there are so many unspokens in this question. I don't know how old you and your sister are. I don't know if you're living with your parent(s) or are sharing an apartment - or whether you live together at all. You say she's been diagnosed, which means she's been prescribed medication, but I'm unclear about whether she's taking it. If she's banging her head on the wall, I'm guessing either no, or the dose needs to be adjusted by her physician.
Regardless, your sister needs more help than you can personally give. Depending on your age, talk to a trusted adult, or go directly to your sister's physician. If she's verbalizing that she thinks she's depressed, that's a cry for help. The binge/purge is also a cry for help.
Do what you can, but remember, you are not responsible for her condition or whehter or not she improves and at what pace.
If she is not on medication get her on some!!
Remove yourself from the situation if she continues like this.
Being around someoen you cant help like this is not gonna help you and make you yourself "depressed".
Accept taht you've done all you can and that she is "un-fixable" and move on.
You will be better for it.
How old are you?? if you are young you should not have to deal with it at all you need to look after yourself and let your parents deal with her problems. I have been bipolar since I was 10 years old my sister just got on with her own life and let my parents deal with my disorder. take care good luck
