Lexapro - did anyone not have sexual side-effects and weight gain?

Question:
I'm just asking because of all the answers that are already here that say that it does mess up their sex-life and weight. I've only been it for 3 days. I'm getting married in 3 months and I don't want to gain weight and not fit into my dress (which I already have), and I certainly don't want any problems for "the big night". I haven't been craving food all the time, but I have had the sleepiness and nausea for a few hours after I take it. Can anyone give me some peace of mind on this issue?

Answers:
i initially had a loss of appetite, and increased libido. lol. i've put on weight since, but i think it is unrelated. my counselor said the increased libido was probably because it helped my anxiety and depression. and keep in mind if it does increase appetite, you just have to monitor your eating(easier said than done) and if it decreases libido it'll maybe just take more to "get in the mood" which marriage does anyways, just joking. good luck
What are you depressed for? You're getting married!
Well, I did have a few problems with Lexapro. I did have sexual side-effects. But, since I am a guy, they will be different. The problem was it took me forever to get off. The other side-effect I had was that it made me really tired, all the time.
