If you are cutting, then you are putting yourself through anguish and angst that could literally SCAR YOU FOR LIFE. Once your problems are resolved (because they are temporary- believe me), you will still be left with the physical evidence of how naive and overly emotional you once were.
If your frustrations have reached the point of self harm, i suggest relieving some of the agression by hitting the pavement. Put on your running shoes and take a long jog outdoors. By the time you return, you should feel better mentally, physically and emotionally.
No you don't have to bleed. Cutting is cutting. If you're going through perilous times, e-mail me.
Wat r u talking about more info would be nice.
cutting means breaking the skin open. its not the only kind of self-harm. if someone is doing something to harm themselves, whether they're bleeding or not, they need to speak to a professional who can help them out.
cuting one self dont, blood or not. get help sweety let someone know . let me know why .
Cutting is a self harming behavior that is usually associated with a relieving feeling during and afterwards. You do not have to bleed to self harm, and you may consider that a form of cutting.
More importantly, you need to identify why your are cutting and talk to someone about it. This could be a friend, family member, couselor, or therapist. Basically, talk to anyone who you are comfy with and discuss what's bothering you. You're to important to hurt yourself. Talk with someone and feel better soon!
are you initials A.B by any chance? and no you don't have bleed to be a cutter.
Cutting is when you take a sharp object to your skin and break the skin... this is a method of selfharming. what you are talking about is also self harming. any time that you hurt yourself intentionally is considered self harm. i would say that to be considered cutting, you have to bleed, but self harming can consist of any self abuse. Using a tac and a pen are just other ways of self harming. What does it matter what the official terminology is? if you want to be "official" the term is self harm, not cutting. self harm can pretty much cover any kind of harm you are doing on yourself.
