My life span seem so hazed right immediately, what can I do to regain control of my enthusiasm?


Within the past three years, my duration has seem to evolve at an alarming rate. I'm now almost 21 wondering how I get here. Now, most of these changes enjoy been for the best, for example, I moved out on my own, met my husband, started going to a community college after anyone a high university dropout, and I work a corporate job that anyone could do for so-so money. But within this change, I've found that my duration has become a vivacity of very low awareness. I don't income attention to the money I spend, the time I spend with my husband or the homework I haven't done. Everyday I find myself hate the woman I see in the mirror more and more. I do enjoy a history of depression & anxiety. In the past I hold used therapy and medication (SSRIs) to treat these conditions, but presently am only self-medicating next to drugs and a cold shoulder to my problems. I get overloaded beside normal demands and eventually make a contribution up and declare myself unworthy of love or nouns. I'm growing impatient with myself and obligation a solution.
