workout and make your body tire, so when your tire you just hit the bed, stop thinking too much, stop worryign too much, and ofcourse think about being on a beautiful island with the person of your dream and close your eye and think about that before you to bed ahhahaha
Try taking a hot bath/shower, drinking a warm glass of milk, and studying/doing homework.That usually makes me fall asleep.
Also, put into consideration what time do you wake up in the morning? Try to wake up early in the morning around 7 or 8 am. And stay awake throughout the entire day; that way you'll be sleepy by night time.
If all else fails, you should go to a doctor for a check up and he could prescribe you some medicine for sleeping if you have insomnia.
Oh my godd!! I wish I could do that...I sleep way too much:P
But I love sleeping so I guess I don't mind. I think you should get yourself checked by a doctor or you should look up online for sleeping remedy for Insomnia. You might be able to figure out something!:)

well first off go to a doctor and second you should not get any phsical exercise two hourse before going to bed. Also if you eat suger it will make you hyper and then make you more tired and sleepy. So drink some lemonade( thats what I suggest) before going to bed. If this doesnt work drink a warm glass of milk
