I believe I'm very depressed by I cannot figure out why?

Question:
For almost a month now I've been showing behavioral changes. I was once known as a guy who joked a lot, but was very respectful of everyone, I was also known as a very hard worker and was up for a number of promotions at both of my jobs, and also as someone to go to for advice whenever things went wrong.

But around a month ago I started having physical problems (bad pain in my knee and in my chest near my heart) and shaking in my right hand (controllable early on). I started getting into near-fights (arguments that on more than one occasion got near to actual fist-fighting and were usually stopped by a manager stepping in between me and whoever I was fighting with). I even got into a couple of arguments with the regional director from one of my jobs (thus losing out on a promotion--I didn't really want it but I certainly don't want to alienate those who can help me later).

Now the pain is messing with me enough to affect my movement (I limp now and am always rubbing my chest).

Answers:
You should approach your family to find out what others may have had in the past such as schizophrenia, PTSD, get yourself a referral to a psychiatrist to r/o any psychiatric issues.
Use EFT and ask what it is you're resisting.
I have an idea, see a doctor for your physical problems, they can cause mental problems.
I think you need to see a specialist, or more than one.

I hate to tell you to keep seeing a doctor, but some just don't know what to look for and you have to go to hundreds before someone figures it out.

Have you thought of going to Mayo Clinic? Have you seen a Neurologist?

You sound like you really have something that needs attention fast.

I'm so sorry that you are in so much pain.

Do you live with anyone? Are you being poisoned?
This sounds like such an odd condition that I thought that I would ask that.
Please go talk to your doctor...no one needs to feel depressed...get help.
