I have heard people mention Aconite for depression. Any comments or experience?

Question:
with this for depression, and where do you get it?

Answers:
Aconite is a deadly poison. It does have some uses in homeopathic doses, (pinhead sized,) as a pain reliever, and diuretic, but buy it from an herb shop or health food store that has someone knowledgeable about homeopathy.

It's probably not a good idea to go with something that drastic.

Ginger, hot peppers and garlic are all mood elevators and chinese or korean food are the best ways to take them.

St John's wort is widely used as an anti-depressant and I've gotten good results using it on myself.

But, if you suffer from chronic depression, herbs and even drugs aren't enough. You need a management program and for that you need a specialist.
I took it twice. I didn't really feel any depression setting in and im always negative so the only real problem I had was I kept getting extremely dry lips and I the sun burnt my skin way too fast.
