I stress myself out thinking of so many things what can I do it gets me depress and I already have depression.


Question:
I think about so many things like my family, my kids, my husband and about death. I know that when I think about it and I start getting stressed out I can feel my face just tighten up. Sometime I just cry, I've tried going to councleing but only once a month not enough for me. I need it more like once every day. How can I cope with my life?

i can relate to the death thoughts. the best thing that works for me when i have no one around to talk to is i write everything im thinking down in a notebook and then look back at it the next day to see what i was thinking about on paper
Just do your best to focus on one thing at a time. If that doesn't work, keep yourself busy with something that requires your full concentration so you don't think about everything.
Ditto to poptart. Write everything down.
I'm 16 and have similar problems.
I've started writing poety, and a journal.
Trust me, it helps so much.
Think about the positive things, like how you've given life to something else (your kids).
Think about it. It's pretty amazing and beautiful of you if you ask me.

I hope you can have a happy outlook on life.
Because if I don't turn some of my outlooks around, I might lose the love of my life to some of my own stupid problems.

I've just decided life is to short to think negative. Do what you love, spend as much time as you can with the ones you love.

Try taking a family trip somewhere, get your mind off things.
And think about the people who need you so much in life.

Remember, thousands of people think the same way you do.
I hope we all find a way out.
