Should I go to a therapist or a phsycologist?
Question:
Answers:
A psychologist has a masters degree while a therapist usually carries a bachelors (not always true). It really depends on the severity and complexity of your symptoms. I would start out with a therapist (less expensive) and see where it takes you!
Good luck and take care of you!

i think you should go to the psychiatrist.
Just seek for the second option.
I think a therapist and a psychologist are the same person...don't jump to any conclusions by yourself: go to a therapist+they'll see if you need help...if you need to see a psychiatrist they'll refer you to one...
Neither. Go to Landmark Education instead.
I tried therapy and found that Landmark was far better for self realization.
Try changing your diet to high vibrational natural foods, that should help as well. You need more energy to breakthrough your own barriers. I can assist you with that..

Go see a therapist and then if that don't work you can always go seek another option...
If I were you...go to a therapist and talk to him/her about what is going on in your life first before you see a pschiatrist! A therapist is there to talk too and to help you find different ways...in your case...to control your arguements and depression! The pschiatrist is the one who prescribes meds to you! The therapist can suggest a pschiatrist to you! You may not need meds yet! Good luck!
If you have real depression (which is a chemical imbalance) then you need to see a psycologist and then they will prescribe a medication to balance those chemicals. If you just have the feelings of being depressed but you don't have a chemical imbalance then you should see a therapist. I would recomend seeing a pshycologist, as he should tell you whether ot not you do have a chemical imbalance.
