Question:

Answers:
Gustatory hallucinations involve tasting something that is not there whereas olfactory hallucinations involve smelling something that isn't there. They are both considered to be serious hallucinations and uncommon. Usually reserved for the more psychotic of delusional persons.
Hope that helps! :)
sounds like it's when you *think* you smell something that isn't raelly there.
They differ in the senese that they are two seperate senses i guess.
I know that with certain memories that come back to you, you are able to get olfactory hallucinations
Olfactory hallucinations occur when a persons smells something that isn't really there. Similarly, a gustatory hallucination involves tasting something that isn't really there.

Interestingly, both have been associated with seizure activity (olfactory more so than gustatory).
no idea - I'll star it too
