Can the withdrawl symptoms of Cymbalta feel the same as having the stomach flu?
Question:
Answers:
I am on day 8 without the cymbalta and the first 6 days I thought I was dieing, could not even walk straight, constant dizzy spells,(worse then anything I had ever had in my life)
nausea, exhausted, headache, pain and tingling all over.
I personally think this drug must be a poison, as I have never had anything like this in my life.
if you goggle cymalta withdrawls you will be horrified by what you will find, but at least you will know what you are dealing with.
Good luck and God Bless,

i believe so yes!
I am taking Celexa and have been for i would say about 3 or so years. When i run out , and dont have my pills yet from the pharmacy, i get sick. There have been times where i've not been able to take my pills for a couple days or more, and i get extremely sick!! very puky, and have a headache. i get really icky feeling. and yes my doctor told me that its because my body is going thru withdrawls, just like any other drug. and i know your are /were taking cymbalta not Celexa. but they are both anti depressants so i would think it woudl be the same for both-
when are you are deciding to go off of a medication, best thing is to wean yourself off. decreas your doses gradually, its not fun for you or your body when you stop everything instantly-
