Is there a way possible?

Question:
To have dreams every night? i want to have better dreams and more often is there a way? i want them to feel real!

Answers:
Some people believe that if you consciously open yourself up to having and remembering dreams, you will. We can't control what we dream about, but we can, to an extent, control how open we are to recalling the dreams once we wake. Try taking a few minutes before you go to sleep and concentrate on one thing - maybe a word, a number, an image, or visualize yourself doing something. Tell yourself that you are open to having dreams and remembering them in the morning. You may want to also keep a dream journal; write down as many things as you remember as soon as you wake up. The longer you go without writing down memories, the more they fade. You may want to check out "Through Time Into Healing," by Brian Weiss. The book is focused mostly on past life regressions, but in the appendix he gives suggestions on making a meditation tape. Don't stress if things don't change immediately. Good luck!
Research lucid dreaming. This is the type of dream where it feels more real and if you get good, you will find that you can control what happens in the dream. There are a few ways that I have found that will help you get more lucid dreams, although you might not get a good nights sleep. The first is to drink something with caffeine right before you fall asleep. This will hinder your ability to fall into a deep sleep and keep you longer in REM, where dreaming and lucid dreams take place. Another thing you can try is to set your alarm really really early. At a time that you know you won't really wake up. Then when it goes off, hit the snooze. The repetition of having to wake up and fall back asleep will keep you in REM as well. Good luck and if you want more information, feel free to e-mail me. Sweet dreams :)
I've read that everyone dreams every night. The problem is that you are not remembering what you dream. I've also read that if you want to remember your dreams, you should , every morning upon awakening, write down everything you remember that you dreamed. The theory is that you will train your brain to remember eventually.
