Well, my daughter did too a few years ago. She was feeling messed up mainly over issues with her dad, who she felt like deserted her. She needed counseling and she even was given a prescription for an antidepressant. This was all through the mental health clinic in our town. So my advice is to tell someone who will help you get help.
By the way, you will regret making all those scars on your body because oneday you won't feel sad, and you'll be over cutting yourself...then you will still have those scars on your body.
one more thing---writing in a daily journal was something that really helped her.
u need to go to a mental hospital at least go see a doctor
Talk to someone...anyone. Call a random number and ask if they will talk if you have to. Talk to your foster parents, therapist, friend, person on the street, dog. Someone that will just listen. You're doing the best thing right now by trying to get help. See a doctor about the cuts and get them treated.
go to a psychiatrist
you need to stop this. your life may seem awful now, but you need to think on the bright side. what you do have, not what you don't. think positive, and use alternative ways of anger/depression release. poetry and singing works for me. you could try that, or you could read a book, or even sleep. don't think negatively.
ive been cutting myself for a long time too not as often as i used to but its still pretty bad. what helped me is that my life wasn't so bad anymore. pretty soon things will start looking up in your life and little by little you wont feel the need to cut yourself anymore good luck
well one honey i know how u fell i cut sometimes and it does help and everything am so sorry abut ur brother and u being raped that sucks and am so sorry this is what i do i have a notebook i write in good luck
You should speak to therapist. See your doctor and they will be able to refer you, and also discuss other options like medication with you.
When you want to cut, try distracting yourself, like watching a film or going for a walk.
