Experiences on stilnox?

i find that if i dont have one at night i have a string of 3 or 4 really unpleasant dreams after which i wake up, then go back to sleep.

i was on stilnox awhile ago with no problems but mu doc will not prescribe them any more due to having heard similar things you are saying i would try another type.
I take Ambien or now Zolpidem (the generic) which is the same in the U.S. and I have not had these effects but everyone is different and will react differently to medication. If it continues to be a problem I would suggest talking to your Dr. I have also taken Lunesta and have to go back and forth for when my body gets used to the meds so you may want to ask about that and I did not have any side effects from that and did not feel quite as groggy from it as I did the Ambien at first. I hope your side effects will ease up.
