Has anyone here taken effexor xr? Did all the sexual side effects walk away after you quit. I took it for 3 months at 150 mg. Two weeks after I quit I experienced genital anaethesia, its been a 1 year and a partly and its still not gone away. Is it possible that the side effects of the med didnt go away?

i had some genital numbness while i be on, but not as bad as it is very soon.

Answers:    dont you think you should move about and ask your doctor? this could be something more serious and they may be able to reverse this side effect if you travel get it checked out in a minute. it may be possible if that if you wait much longer it could be irreversible.
