Citalopram or remeron which one has the least anti anxiety affects?

which one of these should she take? i want her to take the one that has the least anti anxiety componemnt to it as in i want want her to take the anti depressant that has a lower chance of getting rid of her anxiety because then its just doing the same thing as the benzo and i dont like the way she acts when shes on benzos (i should i been addicted to them for a year) so remeron 15 mg or citalopram 40 mg?

they are both anti depressants completely unrelated to benzodiazapines.
Remeron is very sedating though. Take it 15 minutes before bed.
