Which is the best of the worst?

Question:
Okay, so I've been asking for advice for the past couple of days. My mental condition is getting pretty bad and I'm going to the hospital, but cant go today. So after answering a zillion questions I realized that I have a bunch of negative coping techniques. Between eating too much, sex, cutting (or burning), and drinking which is the best thing to do to make it through the next day or so until I see a Dr? I know about positive techniques but they literally make me sick to my stomach to think about ( don't know why) so I have great difficulty doing them. I know the question is pretty depraved, but what would you do?

Answers:
hmmm. you can always lose the weight gained by using food to cope. with cutting you run the risk of infection, serious injury, or even death. burning yourself can also risk in serious infection. with drinking you can get alcohol poinsoning, very sick to yor stomach, and develop addiction. so, with all those risks laid out before you, you decide. i cannot tell someone to do something that could harm them. good luck in treatment.
Eat away girl
call friends n go out...to clear ur head n stop thinking abt things..
Eat your favorite foods, and get some, but only if you have a good person to give you some who isn't using you.
i think you should go to the emergency room and tell them how you are feeling because this is not normal
Of course, most people will tell you not to engage in any of those negative behaviors. But, I get it - sometimes you just cannot motivate yourself to do the things you know you should do so.eat but in addition to the junk food that makes you feel better eat come healthy foods like fruit. Go outside - the sun improves my mental health and all it requires is for me to walk outside and sit down!

Do get help. If you cannot stop cutting, burning or using alcohol then seek treatment asap. Good luck.
Can I ask about how old you are? I only ask because there is a group of people call ICM;s that might be able to help you. Most states have them. (Intensive case managers.) It is a group of social wokers that help people who need help. They have an oncall system for times when you feel like you are going to do something stupid. You just call them. Look on the internet for this type of company in your state, or ask your doctor. Hope this helps,
