How can I relieve stress from work?

Question:
I am currently on a weeks vacation and i've realized that work has really taken a toll on my mind. I feel amazing and I am dreading the stress that deals with my job. I am a certified nurses aid and I take care of the elderly. I am also in nursing school. I just want to be able to go back to work without the dwealing anxiety that I have about whats going to happen when I go back. I am terrible with stress and I need help! I am also poor with energy.. dont know why? help!?

Answers:
-Exercise. Jog, walk, or rollerblade outdoors and get some sunshine and fresh air. It'll clear your mind and you'll get some exercise in the meantime.
-Take a small weekend getaway to a nearby lake, village, etc. Sometimes being in a new environment and trying new activities can relieve stress.
-Have a night to order pizza and watch DVDs with your closest friends.
-Relax in a bubble bath, possibly with a good book.
-Keep a journal. Write about your emotions - sometimes clearing your mind helps.
-Take up a hobby. It could be karate, knitting, cooking, sculpting pottery, playing the guitar/piano - something that interests you and makes you content to do. Learn about it, become good at it, and practice it after work to have some fun/enjoyment!
-Adopt a cute, cuddly pet to play with and spend time with.

Also, make sure when you leave your job for the day, leave all work behind. Focus on the things that make you happy and save your job for the next day.
think of something happy

i dont know how id make it without them
Ok this is going to sound weird, but find a place at work where you can hide. Yes, hide. Somewhere quiet and private where no one can find you. It might be a closet, a stairwell, an empty office or cube, whatever. Sometimes it feels really nice and comforting to have a refuge that you can run to for a few minutes.
You should consider medititation, yoga, if you have the time.
Your depression is all coming from expectations of your love life and marriage to come . The brain will keep erasing the plans you make as you keep hoping everything is okay. Your depression slows the heart and breathing etc from the medulla or lower brain . Try to write truth about your life to come in the future and see you are not going to be Happy.
actually i found out that if you get a chair that massages your back you'll find that it is very relaxing.

good luck

Sometime at weekend u can sit beside a park got water pool and just sit there listen the " sound" of water and wind relaxedly and quietly . This is work to help u reliease your strees.
go on vacation, spend time with family ...go to the movies and be active...live it up or drink it down..
