Can you recommend a good therapist in the St. Louis area?

Question:
By "therapist" I mean a psychotherapist, or counselor. I want someone good at being a therapist, to help me solve some of my problems. I think most therapists are screwed up and don't help at all. Thanks.

Answers:
I don't have experience in the St. Louis area, but I would call the Therapist Referral Network. They are endorsed by "Mental Health America" and are a good way to find reputable support.

Therapist Referral Network (TRN)
800/843-7274 or 858/481-1515
Referrals to treatment professionals in private practice. Call is automatically routed to TRN office closest to caller’s area.
I am one hundred miles west ot the arch but I wont be back in my office until October.
