Answers:
An online test cannot diagnose you, however it can reflect traits and characteristics which you may have in common with different disorders. That doesn't necessarily mean that you have any diagnosable disorder. However, personality disorder traits are not at all mutually exclusive as one answerer suggested. The 3 disorders that you scored very high on are all associated with one another and in fact the personality disorders themselves fall into 3 groups:
Cluster A: Psychotic/Odd and Eccentric: Schizoid, Schizotypal and Paranoid
Cluster B: Neurotic/Anxious: Dependent, Avoidant and Obsessive Compulsive
Cluster C: Impulsive/Unstable: Antisocial, Histrionic, Borderline, Narcissistic
These groupings are based on similarity and co-morbidity as well as proposed psychodynamic underpinnings.
What is more significant is why you took the test. If you took it looking for some insight into why you may be having difficulties in your life or in your relationships, then it does merit an actual evaluation with a therapist to help further explore these possibilities and how treatment can help you to be more successful in meeting your needs and achieving your goals. If you took it simply for curiosity but are not experiencing any difficulties and you are happy and content, then it may merely reflect traits and characteristics. The basis of an actual personality disorder diagnosis is the degree to which the behavior represents a pattern of inflexibility that interferes with social functioning.
I'm not clear why therapy is not an option as many places provide services on a sliding scale-most mental health clinics will work with you regarding payment and Catholic Charities provides counseling at greatly reduced and even free rates when necessary. If their are other barriers to seeking therapy, you may find it helpful to read the book "I Hate You, Don't Leave Me". It's an excellent resource often recommended to clients and fits well with your profile and might help clarify some of the issues you are struggling with.
Also, I just found a link for you that explains this in greater detail and gives you more info regarding the personality disorders and the clusters themselves:

Good Luck!
Like it said, it is not used for a diagnostic tool... Relax, I think you are OK, just getting overly worried .
If whatever urges that you have do not interfere with your daily life then you are OK. Usually these questionnaires are not correct.
Good luck.
Everybody's a little paranoid & schitzo @ times! I wouldn't go by a simple test to diagnose your mental well being. You know if you might have a mood or mental disorder better than anyone, so trust yourself. It could be like the person who reads a medical journal on diseases and starts to "think" they have similar symptoms, ya know?
subjectively, we are all mental, so unless it is hampering your day to day function or causing problems in your daily life and interactions with others, I wouldn't sweat it too much. If you really thinkthat you have real issues, go to a free or sliding scale fee mental health facility. Or can't you go to a therapist for other than financial reasons???
I think you shouldn't worry because no one is the same. Some are more social than others, and some aren't. Websites cant determine who you are. Try an online therapist?
Take a different test. It would be difficult to be both dependent and paranoid or avoidant and narcissistic. You should believe the site when they provide the disclaimer that it's not a diagnostic tool.
Only a doctor can make an accurate diagnosis. Your regular physician can help with this.
Why can't you go to a therapist? If you give us some more information, we might be able to help you more.
Those tests...dont ask me. They'll churn up the weirdest results you'd imagine. Sometimes even people tell me I'm paranoid, but that doesnt mean Im paranoid enough to believe them.
Another thing: one person can not be Avoidant "high" and Narcissistic "High" along with Dependent and O-C high.these are mutually exclusive terms.
