i had find problem to get a sleep while i m trying to stop.for that most of the time i had handblow ,my entire system force me to get a plesure. and i thought i m addicted.
but month b4 i got a girl.after that i feel some change my self.now i m not interest to handblowing.even though i hav't sex with her somthing heals me.i havn't love with her.i just had a date.now i thing its somthing related to mental problem.is that ?.plz reply me

Sounds to me like you have something other than masterbation to occupy your time now. You arent abnormal. I have alot of male friends, and I hear all of them talking about how much they masterbate when they dont have a girlfriend.
