Eh, its hard to say. Either that or they are just repeating what they have seen or been told by their friends. And some children are simply going through that stage of their life when they start exploring their sexuality...read Sigmund Freud, he was right on some things. I once worked with a child who when he was upset, would pretend he was shooting heroin, I investigated and learned his father was a heroin addict, which most addicts use when they are mad, upset, frustrated, stressed out, etc., which is why this child would do that when he felt upset.
