I have a serious concern - my ex has ,more then likely some form of bi-polar, a personality disorder.?

My question is can my kids inherit this problem, and what signs should I be looking for. So far my kids seem normal and well adjusted, but should I be cocerned?

What nice of pills do ethnic group usually overdose on when trying to commit suicide?

Answers:
bi-polar and other personality disorders can be inherited, just like baldness can be inherited. Just because you may have the gene that triggers it, doesn't mean that it will occur. My ex also is bi-polar, however she wasnt diagnosed until after she joined the military. The docs said that likely she would have lived without it if the stress of basic training and the military lifestyle hadnt triggered it. Also many personality disorders dont occur until late adolescense to early adulthood.

Help i cant sleep at hours of darkness?

Bipolar disorder is highly genetic. Sometimes symptoms of Bipolar Disorder are not present when children are young but start to surface when they are in school. For others the symptoms are present very early on. Right now I would keep a watchful eye. Check out this link for what to look out for....http://swapnstories.net/sm/index.php?top...
