How do i handle stress with my mum?

Question:

Answers:
Do things to keep yourself busy and try to avoid stress.
She's probably just concerned about you. I would try talking to her to get to the actual issue (and not the symptom) and then working around that by agreeing to guidlines that you both agree on.
Make some time for yourself where you can go and chill out.
Even if it is only for 5 minutes, you will feel better afterwards.

Look after yourself.
I found the best thing to do with my mom (very short tempered) is let her say her peace while you look out the window until shes done. Then go into your room wright a letter to her and then burn it. This way she thinks you heard her and you find a way to clear your thoughts.
If it is you that are stressed try listening to some calming music or sit quietly and just meditate. If it is your Mum that is stressed then try relaxing together with some meditation exercises ie deep breathing, closing your eyes and cocentrating on the body's rythymic pace, read peaceful poetry eg The Psalms from the Bible.
well i think ure at the stage in life where whtever she says u will get irritated ....this is just a phase and she only has ure best intrest in mind im sure..well try to be busy..stay out of her hair..try not to get into trouble ...avoid things thaz irritate her ...like late night etc ...u will survive lol
