Whats the REM stage of sleep about?

Question:

Answers:
Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep is the deepest stage of sleep and it is where you dream. This is where your mind is recharged. Non-REM sleep happens first, changing the way your 'brain waves' are working. It progresses to REM sleep. The entire cycle takes 70-100 minutes, then starts all over again.
Rapid Eye Movement: REM One of deepest levels of sleep, when you are in the dream stage. I'm pretty sure!
