Question:
Whenever I get super stressed about a situation or nervous about something I get nausea and it becomes so severe that I cant eat...and if i do force food down I feel like I am going to vomit. Is there any way to psych myself out? I dont want to get on medicine for it..i just want to be able to handle it. Any suggestions?

omg i get this thing too i have to idea how to stop it..but i just take deep breaths and cry..crying really helps me. Just try to avoid any type of uncomfortable situations or stress it will help.
Try meditating for a few minutes before and also taking some sort of calcium every day. You'll be ok.
