Answers:
this is not a hard problem. if ur of age...go take a long drive and enjoy the scienery... if not just laydown think of something else. for anyone, do wut i did... think of something u like a lot. think about it really hard and make it cover the bad stuff in your mind, like making it a picture covering the bad picture. or if u want a destructive idea, pretend all your worries r a disc(or pretend to put them on a disc) then in utr mind scratch and brake the imaginary disc.
let it be. as it is
try some yoga and or meditation...

works for me!
Smoke a big fat joint.
Sex. it releases all kinds of happy endorphins
Just relax and take deep breaths. I get anxious easily too and more often than you know it. But that's what i do when i get too busy and anxious about things. You can try attending a church (if you not already are) and ask God to calm you down. It helps loads.
Hope that helps. God Bless You!
coming me, i use to really be stressed out and think about things all the time, work/general life and started to have heart issues.

Something needs to happen for you to realise to slow down, but you can start now, just take your time, you've got years ahead and best of all, only take - what you can handle
Do simple exercise. It works for me. Example- Stand up, hold your arm out to the side and just roll your arms around in circles, roll your head around in circles, just exercise the musles in your body, it works.
LOL i agree with muggles blaze a doobie
Good question actually. Try this.
Write down everything you have to do. Somehow for some reason it feels like you've actually done something and lets a little pressure off.. To this day I don't have an answer for why lol. List it all and put the important things at the top. Now, leave the list at home.
Then go somewhere relaxing, like the park or near a body of water where you can get away from everything. Listen to music and zone out.
If you have some extra cash I highly suggest going to a day spa. (even for guys its awesome) Relax and let everyone else do things for you. Close your eyes and listen to the music and let your mind drift off. Imagine being on a cruise or on a desert island exploring something.
After you have relaxed for a long while, come back and only look at #1 on your list. Set yourself up and knock it out. After thats done, #2. Then afterwards sit back and reward yourself. Lol I've found that Dairyqueen blizzards are nice :P

But yes I completely hear you on getting away from everything and relaxing. I'm stuck in Iraq getting hit with mortars. Thats about the only way I get away is thinking of a cruise or a desert island in the middle of the Caribbean.
Try it and if it works then great! if it doesnt, prolly means you've missed a step :P
Good luck!
u can acheive this by self hipnosis . During our routine work we may have many problems , but during solving this problems our thinking process repits only around any one problem like a virus . Due to this we gets tired early.we can remain fresh up to evening if we are able to stop this virus. for this we can take a few minutes for ourselves from our daily routine. During this time we have to just take 20 slow breaths without any thought in our mind. if any thought comes to our mind we have to start from one again. When u count 20th breath u must have relaxed.
it sounds very easy but u have to take some efforts to do this.
