Question:
Answers:
Take things slowly and don't put yourself under pressure. I'm not trained medically so I would suggest that you ask for some professional advice. Get out and about slowly and join a club that you can participate in with your condition. Take care.

Don't worry about it! I am your friend!
Prayer helps! Why don't you go to the nearest
Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, if you want!
or go to their Website at http://www.watchtower.org

Get a second opinion, about your condition from a family physician, perhaps you've been misdiagnosed. Try the E.R they will be able to evaluate you properly and/or run further test to determine, it isn't something as simple as a chemical imbalance, that's causing you this problem. Hope that helps.
Prayer Changes things. Seek your healing from God. Surrender you fears unto the Lord. Pray for his guidence to order your steps in the living words of life. except Christ into your life , into your heart and read your bible. Understand that when you seek a personal relationship with our Heavenly Father. You can be healed and set free from all things that may hold you in bondage. Know that trusting and believeing in God is not a religion it is relationship. There is healing in his word.

Go to groups, at Google, Myspace, and Yahoo, and enter that term: there should be some, or start your own. One therapy is to gaze at your hands, without judging. Regard this as a temporary condition. Keep up regular bodily maintenance. See http://www.dpselfhelp.com and ( http://www.depersonalization.info/... and http://www.minddisorders.com Both recommend medications ). Additionally, I'd suggest exercising and volunteering, even from home, at first. See http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on pages 2 (try the EFT on it: can't hurt; might help!), and 9, for details. Hypnosis is sometimes effective. Try Cognitive Behavioural therapy.
