I am from UK and have had my book published just recently, I had 2 published many years ago and my publishers are in USA.
You may have to look outside your own country as I did to broaden the horizon of your book. I chose USA to try as they are straight, honest and down to earth people who will tell you whether your book is ok or not.
Do write stories, I did, it was a way of getting rid of depression, but do not think of this as a full time job, not until you are established. This may take some years, so treat this as a hobby that will hopefully bring you in a little money. Write your stories, get them put on to spell check, put them on a disk use Rich Text Format, publishers like that, it is easier for them.

If you ask any great writer, they'll tell you a list of authors that influenced them; meaning they read a lot. Everyone has these kinds of feelings, but in order to be able to focus them or make them into art, you have to practice. Practice writing short stories, practice learning new styles of other authors, and always bring a notepad with you wherever you go.
You will have to search for local magazines and the like, that allow you to send your stuff in. Also search for editors. You need to be published small and work your way up from there. Find a job at a newspaper and write books in the meantime. It takes time. You will be rejected a few times, but don't give up. If this is your dream, then you can't give up.
It's called emo mate
If writing makes you happy, then you should write.
I've never been to Romania, so I don't know if there are any "career counselors" there, but if there are, I would suggest going to one. They can give you an evaluation that can tell you what things you are most/least skilled at and what gives you the most/least satisfaction in a job. I've taken the test before, and it helped me to evaluate what I already knew, but I didn't know how to put it into the form of a career. and now I'm happy in my work.
Good luck!
I do not think any body around here can get your stuff read or published.
You need to complete some thing and " shop" it around.I do not know much about Romania, so you will have to check out what's going on there with " house"s" and stuff.
I'm sorry I am not much help,Yet it seems the Worlds greatest
Artiest suffered a lot and many died before there work was noticed. At least your on the right track in some ways.
Its a tough business to get a foothold in, I have tried. If you have good stories, and I suspect you do, then you will eventually get published. I talked to a number of successful writers and can tell you how it worked for them. They spend their days working another job, while sending short stories to every literary magazine imaginable, novels to agents, and articles to newspapers. You have to do this hundreds of times. They will keep sending you back rejection slips, sometimes with messages that tell you they didnt even read the manuscripts.
I used to keep mine, I never got published and lost heart and gave up, which is maybe why I want so bad for you to make it.
Once you get published, then you indicate that in your cover letter. The publisher is much more likely to read the works of someone who has been published at least once.
From there is becomes a cascading effect, and eventually they are accepting your novels.
Make sure you set up your manuscripts to look professional, they have a better chance of being read that way. Double space, 12pt font, don't staple them, number the pages, make a title page, etc.
Good Luck, and dont lose heart, I am looking forward to reading your books in the future
