Does Celexa affect dreams?

Question:
I have been taking Celexa. Since starting I have had many dreams. I know that we always dream. The difference is that I wake and remember them. Is this due to my medicine? If not... possible other causes? Thanks; would love to check out a website if you know one that will help.

Answers:
I have been taking celexa for about 4 yrs now and I have never noticed a change in my dreams. Perhaps you have something particular that is bugging your mind. Many times stress (both good and bad kind) will make you dream more than usual. OR perhaps now that you are in the celexa you feel more relaxed than you did before which allows you to have a deeper level of sleep.
