Depression is easily treated through medication. I take Zoloft and Wellbutrin and I don't have any more symptoms. Sometimes you have to experiment with various prescription drugs before you find the right ones. Depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain. You can't get rid of it on your own. Good Luck to you!
you can remove your depression by taking rest from long hours work or long hour study period. you can do some good exercises to relieve yourself from depression or stress.
See depression treatments, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on page 2.
Engage urself in some light activity which interests u. One such activity is to count backwards.
It takes alot more than knowing that you're depressed to get rid of it.

Why are you depressed? Is it something that can be talked about with someone (family or psychiatrist) and can be resolved? Such as a situation at school or work? How old you are also is a big factor. The sooner the better to work out depression problems. Depression problems can actually also be hereditary, and may be many other factors.

The best thing is to just go to your doctor, book a double appointment, then just start talking about everything. You'll most likely find that you'll come across your problems then without realising it. Your doctor will hopefully b a good one and pin point your real problems and how to work them out.

In my case, it's taken me about 10 years to get on the right medication and find the right doctor...All you can do as a person yourself is realise that you may have a prob and to fix it. Just find someone that you can relate to whether they are a friend or doctor, that makes you feel worthwhile and relevant. Because you are!

You deserve to feel better than this right?!

Good luck, and please talk if you need.
I don't know what you are depressed about but I can tell you this. If being sad or feeling sorry for yourself would help the problem then go for it but the truth is that it don't. There will be some good and bad things taking place in our lives as long as we live. We can't escape it. This is called trials. But if you can't pass this test then how would you deal with bigger trials that may come your way? Trouble can't last always. Look up unto the hills from where your help cometh from which is the Lord and Jesus Christ. Take your burdens to him and he will put some fresh sunshine into your life. Just make up your mind and be determined to be happy. You owe it to yourself! Tomorrow will be another day and you have got to stick your chest out and speak to that problem and say, " Problem you can't control me but I have the power to control you!" Take your mind off of the bad things and keep your mind on things that is good. Things in my life isn't always roses either but I examine the problem to see how big it is and if I think that it is to big for me, I then begin to talk to God and tell him that I can't handle it. I then ask the Lord to take this problem. I am determined not to allow myself to worry about a problem that is bigger than I am but smaller than God. Only you can make this happen to be happy. Remember life is what you make it. You can allow life to make you or to break you. Pray and ask God for strength. And if you are under bondage then you will have to seek God's face with all of your heart. He can remove this type of bondage for you. May God bless you.
